All the payment methods we accept are shown at checkout and as icons at the bottom of every page. Checkout is encrypted and we never see or store your full card details.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually change the items or address, or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our returns policy instead.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order history and save addresses for next time.

Enter the code in the discount field at checkout. Only one code can usually be used per order, and each code has its own terms such as a minimum spend or expiry date.

Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 3-4 business days. Each product page shows its current stock status before you buy.

Shipping options and prices for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. If we're running a free shipping offer, the threshold is shown in your cart.

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time from your confirmation email or your account. See our Track my order page.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See Returns and refunds for the full details.

Contact us with your order number and a short description, photo or video of the fault. We'll assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
